2. Actual form, analytics and communication data practices
When you fill out the "Book a Fit Call" form, we collect the name, work email and business website you enter. We also capture a small set of hidden technical details automatically: which source, medium, campaign and content brought you to the site, the page that referred you, and the page you landed on.
If you fill out the optional "Help us prepare" questions after booking a call, we collect the email address you provide (used to match your answers to your booking) and, only if you choose to add them, your phone number, your main source of leads, and the biggest gap in your current lead process. All four of these fields are optional except email, which is required so we can match your answers to the right booking.
If you book a time on our calendar, we collect the name, email, phone number and appointment time needed to schedule and manage that meeting.
We use this information to send you email confirmations, reminders and a small number of follow-up emails about your fit call — nothing beyond what is described here.
We use Google Analytics to measure page views on this website and to record when a form is submitted or a call is booked, so we can see which pages and steps are working.
This website does not send text messages, and there is no phone system connected to it.
